Welcome to Clyfton (cliftony.com). These terms govern all services, info products, and goods provided by Clyfton.

1. Services

1.1 Scope. Clyfton offers real estate transaction processing services, including document preparation, verification tasks, and liaison activities. Fees for each service are outlined prior to confirmation.

1.2 Scheduling. Clients may reschedule a service date once without extra fee by notifying us at least 48 hours in advance via our contact form. Additional changes may incur a rescheduling fee.

1.3 Refunds. Requests for service cancellation and refund must be made at least 72 hours before the scheduled start date. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 days. Clyfton may withhold a nominal administrative fee to cover processing costs.

1.4 Non-refundable services. Certain services, such as compliance review or legal facilitation, involve third-party expenses and preparatory work. These services are non-refundable due to their irreversible nature. Clients may still request a one-time reschedule within 30 days of the original date.

2. Info Products

2.1 Scope. Info products include digital guides, reports, and templates related to real estate transaction processing.

2.2 Delivery. Upon purchase, digital materials are accessible immediately. No physical delivery is involved.

2.3 Refunds. We offer a 7-day review period for info products if the materials have not been downloaded or accessed. Refund requests should be submitted via our contact form. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 14 days.

3. Goods

3.1 Scope. Goods include printed manuals and stationery products related to real estate transaction processing.

3.2 Returns. Clients may return unused goods in original condition within 30 days of delivery. overall outcome shipping is the client's responsibility unless the return is due to an error on our part.

3.3 Refunds. Upon receipt and inspection of returned goods, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 days. A handling fee may be deducted to cover logistics costs.

General Refund Policy

All approved refunds are credited to the original payment method. Clyfton processes each refund within 14 days of approval.
